holy moly theres some polish

Newest patch update provided some playholder music. Courtesy of the talented request called "Rins Theme". The theme is not permanent, but I needed something in the background so it's not silent.

Some basics, so far:

• Combo multiplier and Gun Upgrades are functional. They'll reset when you lose a life.
• Scrolling background
• Enemy hit animations
• Basic BGM implementation
